NORTH OLMSTED, OH (WOIO) –
North Olmsted police officers and SWAT surrounded a home on Clague Road Friday after an armed man high on drugs invoked neighborhood panic.
The man’s father called cops around 10AM Friday before fleeing the home.
SWAT entered the home and arrested the male, age 28, just before 1 p.m. and placed him in an ambulance to be checked out.
During the incident, Clague Road from Lorain to Brookpark Road was closed and residents were told to stay inside their homes.
Multiple police departments were called to the scene; including Rocky River and Fairview Park.
