A Houston mom is behind bars accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old boy while knowing that she’s HIV positive.
Investigators say 55 year old Debra Flowers Haggerty exposed the boy to a “deadly weapon” after he came into contact with her saliva during a sex act.
The boy said he was sexually assaulted inside a home of someone he’s known for years.
“She unzipped my pants, I was telling her to move, move. I feel like she shouldn’t do that to no child. I feel like she shouldn’t do that to me or others,” the victim said.
