CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –

A Cleveland Amber Alert came to a happy ending Wednesday evening in Euclid, Ohio.

This, after the father and his four kidnapped children were located at 1439 Sulzer Avenue near Babbitt Road just before 5:30 PM.

Late Wednesday morning, Octavia Hatchell, 33, called his wife and told her he was going to kill the kids and himself around 11:50 a.m.

Hatchell went to Horizon Science Academy Denison Elementary and H.S. A. Denison Middle School and picked up their four children ages 6, 9, 10 and 11. Police say he and his wife had gotten into a domestic dispute earlier that morning.

Hatchell is the biological father of all four children and is still married to their mother. He was on the list of people allowed to pick-up their kids from school, so there was no reason to not let them leave with their dad.

Cleveland Police held a press conference Wednesday at 5PM and said Hatchell is known to carry a weapon and was believed to be headed towards Pennsylvania or New York. The Amber Alert was pushed into the states as well.

The children were identified as Tameya Hatchell, 6, Alonte Hatchell, 9, Tamiyah Hatchell, 10, and Octavia Hatchell Jr., 11.

Octavia Hatchel, 33, is described as a black male, 215 Lbs, 5’7″ with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen driving a blue 1998 Buick Regal four door with vehicle license plate FHY4133.
