The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Jose Santiago.
Santiago is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Puerto Rico Police. Back in January of 2011, Santiago was charged with murder after he allegedly shot a man to death after an argument. Santiago immediately went on the run and fled Puerto Rico moving to the Cleveland-area jumping house to house staying with family members.
Santiago is a 22-year-old Hispanic man standing approximately 5’06” and weighing 132 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. Santiago is believed to be hiding somewhere in Cleveland. He also has a previous address near the 3300 block of W. 97th St. in Cleveland.
