CLEVELAND – Wind and rain have again knocked out power to regions battered by Superstorm Sandy two weeks ago.
Some customers who were without power for more than a week from Sandy are back in the dark.
Areas hit hardest by Monday’s wet and windy conditions include:
Bay Village – 615
Westlake – 468
North Olmsted – 1,979
North Ridgeville – 751
Avon – 832
