CLEVELAND – Cleveland police are investigating a suspected homicide on the city’s east side.
Police said the call came in at 4:23 a.m. Homicide detectives are at the scene of an apartment building on East 69th Street between Chester and Euclid Avenue, where a woman was found dead.
Officers said they are not sure at this time if a suspect is in custody.
