Is Janet Jackson Engaged???

Word has it that Janet Jackson (46), Ms. Jackson if your nasty, is now engaged to billionaire Wissam Al Manar (37).  Wissam reportedly gave Janet a huge rock of a diamond ring that she keeps it locked up because she doesn’t want to lose it.

According to a source, Wissam is flying all of Janet’s family to Qatar, for the event. Janet also reportedly wants kids, either naturally or by adoption.
