GREEN, Ohio – One person is dead and three others injured after a crash on I-77 north near Wise Road in Green.
According to the Summit County Sheriff’s Office, one person was killed in the single vehicle crash just before 1 a.m. Friday.
Three others were taken to local hospitals with unknown injuries.
The car went off the right side of I-77, crashed through a fence and was sitting in a field about 200 feet from the Interstate.
The Summit County Sheriff’s Crash Team was called to the scene to reconstruct the crash.
The right two lanes of I-77 northbound are closed with only the left lane getting by the scene.
The identities of the people involved are not being released pending the notification of next of kin.
