Give yourself fully to the experience of this moment. All you are, is here, and now, and it is rich beyond all measure.
Fall gently into the loving, supportive arms of life right now. Feel the warm, healing goodness that comes from being free of judgment, worry, anger and stress.
Know throughout the whole of your being that all is well. Give the entirety of your awareness to the intensely magnificent goodness that is your existence.
Love is your nature, joy is your nature, and fulfillment is your destiny. Walk the path, step by step, simply because it is so stunningly beautiful at every turn.
Within you is a great, deep, rich reservoir of value. Amazingly, the more freely you allow that value to flow into all of life, the more of it there is.
Be, now, here, with grace, completeness, and joy. All is well, and within you, and you within it all.
