According to TMZ, the long list of witnesses are being called to show the court that the basketball player knew exactly what was going down.
Kris Humphries, still the (estranged) husband of K.K. has been saying from day one of the break up that he didn’t know the marriage was a sham.
So he’s not making the process easy.
However, sources tell TMZ that he’s playing dumb because the two were arguing over the prenup and about the details of the business behind their marriage.
