CLEVELAND – On Tax Day in Northern Ohio, only two post office locations extended their hours to accommodate taxpayers needing to ship off their returns April 15.
One location is in Cleveland at 2400 Orange Avenue. This post office is open until 10 p.m.
The other post office with extended hours is in Akron at 675 Wolf Ledges Parkway. It’s open until 7 p.m.
According to the United States Postal Service news release, there will be curbside collectors at the Cleveland location. They’ll work in the customer parking lot until 10 p.m. helping to collect taxpayer’s returns with postage already on them.
