Torrential downpours of up to three inches of rain an hour have flooded streets, trapped people in their cars and caused downed trees and power lines in the Akron-Canton area this afternoon. Akron Police and fire units are swamped with calls to rescue people trapped in their cars by high water.  Video is water reaching the stage of LOCK3.
