Kordell Stewart might be prepping for a session with Wendy William in the very near future to speak on his very public divorce.
Kordell had a few things to say after Porsha Stewart’s appearance on “Wendy” earlier this week. Instead of taking to Twitter or any other social media to share his thoughts about what Porsha had to say, he went right to the woman in charge.
“After the show, guess who called me? Kordell. Bloop!” Wendy shared while primping herself to go home. “He wasn’t mad, but he’s definitely ready to tell his side of the story–and I am all ears.”
Perking up at the prospect of an especially dishy interview, Wendy added, “I could recite chapter and verse what he said, but I like it better when it comes from the horse’s mouth.”
Although he’s already given an interview on the matter, the chat diva couldn’t blame Kordell for wanting to speak up about the breakdown of his marriage. Chatting with Wendy would definitely give his story a wider audience, and the TV host understood where he was coming from.
“Gotta respect a guy who’s going to make a phone call,” said wendy. “He wasn’t mad at any guess or anything else that she said. He just wanted to set the record straight.”
Don’t set your DVRs just yet, though! Wendy explained that although her stamp of approval may seem like all that is needed to book an interview, she needs to hammer out some of the details with her staff. “I’ve got to get together with my producers and find out how soon we can make that happen if at all.”
