Woman Charged After Starting a Fire at a Cleveland Wal-Mart

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
A woman has been charged with setting a fire inside Wal-Mart at Steelyard Commons in Cleveland.
Rachael Carson is charged with aggravated arson.
The fire happened in 2012, but charges are just coming now because the crime had gone unsolved.
