Former “Moesha” star Marcus T. Paulk is currently thanking his lucky stars because he just sidestepped jail time for assaulting his girlfriend. Paulk copped a plea deal.
The physical altercation happened last August. Paulk and his girlfriend got into the fight after Paulk got angry his girl wasn’t paying him enough attention while they were out with friends. The verbal altercation escalated into Marcus T. Paulk punching and kicking his girlfriend in the stomach. According to the court documents, Paulk plead no contest to one count of battery and the other four charges were dropped in return.
In return for striking the plea deal, Paulk must enroll in a year-long domestic violence treatment program. The plea deal also stipulates Paulk must stay 100 yards away from the woman who is now his ex-girlfriend.
