CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
A man has been arrested for an attack on a female student on the campus of Cleveland State University.
It happened Monday, January 27, near the administration building.
The student says a stranger approached her, asked the victim her name then started kissing her. He then took her cell phone and put his phone number in the contacts.
