NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio – The man who police say shot someone he knew in the parking lot of the Home Depot in North Olmsted will be arraigned in Rocky River Municipal Court on Wednesday.
James Robert Bekkar, 34, has been charged with attempted murder. He was arraigned Wednesday morning in Rocky River Municipal Court and his bail set at $250,000.
