*Biz Markie has landed a role on Nickelodeon’s popular kids show “Spongebob Squarepants.”
The rap veteran will voice a character called Kenny The Cat in an episode airing Saturday (March 29).
David Bowie, Victoria Beckham, Johnny Depp and Ray Liotta are among the stars who have previously voiced characters for “SpongeBob.”
Biz, real name Marcel Theo Hall, has previously had small roles in “Eve” and “Crank Yankers,” and also makes frequent appearances on another popular kids’ show, “Yo Gabba Gabba!”
