RAVENNA, OH (WOIO) –
The Cleveland man accused of prompting a lock down at Kent State University after discharging his gun was arraigned via video Monday afternoon.
Quavaugntay Tyler pled not guilty and bond was set at $40,000.
The 24-year-old man apparently shot himself in the hand while going for his gun during a domestic dispute near Bowman Hall. No one else was injured.
After the shots were fired, police immediately put the campus on lock down.
