Just when we thought it was over, the hit series Single Ladies will return with a fourth season on the Centric Network.
Our girls are back and we can’t wait to see LisaRaye McCoy as Keisha Green, Charity Shea as April Goldberg and Denise Vasi as Raquel Lancaster!
VH1 announced the cancellation of the show, much to fans dismay:
“We’ve been proud to deliver three seasons of the drama, romance and style that engaged viewers in each episode of Single Ladies,” VH1 said in a statement. “Although we’ve decided not to move forward with another season, we hope to work again with the talented cast, creatives and producers as well as our partners at Flavor Unit Entertainment in the near future. We also thank the show’s fans for their support since the premiere in 2011.”
Centric has ordered a fourth season, as part of a larger content development pact with Latifah’s Flavor Unit Entertainment. Centric will also carry repeats of the Queen Latifah Show. BET Networks chairman-CEO Debra Lee shared in a statement:
We are thrilled to be working once again with Flavor Unit Entertainment and Queen Latifah. She does it all and we are happy to have her join us as a creative force as we continue to grow Centric into a premiere destination for African American women.
