While most teens usually dress to impress, students at Illinois’ Central High School switched it up and dressed to progress.

The now viral video, “Suit and Tie in the 217,” features a group of black male students dressed picture-day-fly in sweater vests, blazers and button downs with Justin Timberlake’s “Suit & Tie” providing the perfect theme music for these young superheroes.

Released during Black History Month, the video was created to tell a different story for young, black men. Quotes in the video like, “We Are Not Gangsters And Thugs,” “We Are Employees and Volunteers,” and  “We Are Scholars” send the message loud and clear.
