Cuyahoga County Unveiling Plans to Conquer the Heroin Epidemic

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
Cuyahoga County Executive Ed FitzGerald and other county officials are expected to make a major announcement Monday afternoon in the battle against a local heroin epidemic.
It’s all part of ongoing Heroin Initiative.
The new plan is expected to take prosecution and treatment into account.
