Phaedra Parks mentioned it first and Bravo exec Andy Cohen cosigned the idea that Porsha Williams should extend an apology to Kenya Moore.

Following Porsha’s “black out” moment in which she grabbed Kenya by the hair and dragged her “Real Housewives of Atlanta” nemesis to the ground, Andy sent the “Flatline” singer home and instructed her to reach out to Kenya.

“You understand that to get physical is just not the way,” Andy said to Porsha. “At some point, you need to apologize to her.”

While Andy may hold Porsha responsible, her attorney released a statement that seemingly points the finger of blame at Kenya. That’s not a huge surprise as most of the “RHOA” cast members also hold Kenya responsible for the violence.

“Several cast mates and witnesses report that it was clear that Kenya Moore was undoubtedly the primary aggressor in the incident,” read a statement from Porsha’s attorney Joe S. Habachy.

Kenya, who quickly rebounded from the attack and immediately began calling for Porsha’s termination from the show, has already filed assault charges against Porsha. However, she’s not the only one who knows how to turn to the legal system.

Porsha’s attorney said the civil rights heiress will be doing the same.

“Ms. Williams, who has never been arrested before, intends to contest the pending misdemeanor and to pursue felony charges against Kenya for aggravated assault,” read the statement.

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” fans are divided in their take on the violent altercation. While some blame Kenya for her antagonistic words toward Porsha, who was surprisingly giving as good as she got verbally, others contend that no words should cause a person to violently attack someone.  Read More
