BEREA, OH (WOIO) –
Justin Gilbert and Johnny Manziel, Cleveland’s two first-round draft choices, addressed the media Friday from the Dino Lucarelli Media Center in Berea.
Both players talked about how lucky they are to be playing football and playing for the Browns in the NFL.
“I’m blessed to be here. Whether I was picked first or last, I just want to play football,” Johnny Manziel said.
“It’s a blessing to be in Cleveland with Johnny Manziel — I’m looking forward to playing with him,” stated Justin Gilbert.
When asked about starting as QB Johnny replied, “I have high goals, but no expectations going into this. You can measure height, but you cannot measure heart.”
