In a list of “The Salary You Must Earn to Buy a Home in 27 Metros,” D.C. is ranked number 22, with 27 being the highest salary.
According to the study, you need a salary of $137,129.55 to live in San Francisco, which is ranked the highest, and $29,788.67 to live in Cleveland, ranked the lowest. Baltimore was ranked 16, with a salary requirement of $53,078.51.
