CLEVELAND – Five people believed to be connected to the Cleveland gang the Heartless Felons have been indicted by a grand jury.
The 23-count indictment includes aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, kidnapping, attempted tampering with evidence, obstructing justice and escape charges against Julius Webster, Robert M. Porter, Dawayne Arnold, Derrick Durden and Lakia Golston.
The Heartless Felons organized in prison and started operating around Northeast Ohio, the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force said earlier this year.
