CLEVELAND – Labor Day marks the unofficial end of summer and there are plenty of things to do around Northeast Ohio before fall hits the calendar.  If you haven’t enjoyed what Northeast Ohio  has to offer so far this summer, this may be your last chance.

2014 Cleveland National Air Show at Burke Lakefront Airport

The air show is a Cleveland Labor Day weekend tradition.  The U.S Navy Blue Angels will be featured as they take to the skies with its spectacular performance.  The show runs from Friday August 30, 2014 thru Monday September 1, 2014, doors open at 9 a.m.

Cleveland Oktoberfest

Northeast Ohio’s largest outdoor annual festival will be held at the Cuyahoga County fairgrounds in Berea. Oktoberfest kicks off August 29, 2014 and runs thru September 1, 2014.

Greek Festival at Kamm’s Corner

The 4th annual Greek Festival at Kamm’s Corner is the place to be to enjoy the heritage and culture of the Greek Island of Crete.  There will be live entertainment and great food including lamb on the spit.  Activities begin on August 30, 2014 and run thru September 1, 2014. Centennial Festival of Saint Rocco Parish

A Labor Day holiday tradition continues at Saint Rocco church.  The parish carnival honors and celebrates its patron saint by focusing on faith, family, fun and endless amounts of homemade Italian food.  The Italian festival runs from August 28, 2014 thru September 1,2014.

Blossom Music Festival- The Cleveland Orchestra

The family fun fest will feature the Cleveland Orchestra on August 30, 2014 starting at 8 p.m.  there will be live symphonic music for the whole family.

59th annual Hungarian Scout Festival

Ohio’s largest Hungarian festival will offer ethnic food, live Hungarian music and folk dancers.  There will be free arts and crafts for kids and many activities for all ages.  This annual festival is August 31, 201 at the German Central Park in Parma.
