*Sherri Shepherd stopped by the “Wendy Williams Show” on Wednesday to talk about the on-going surrogate baby drama with ex-husband Lamar Sally.

Actually she didn’t give up very much info at all on the situation. But Shepherd  did detail where things stand with the custody battle with Sally over their newborn son who, by the way, Shepherd has not met.

“We can’t say anything about that. I have a lot of lawyers and I’m in court right now and it’s very public and it’s very painful,” Shepherd, 47, told Wendy and the audience. “You know for me, I’m not Tori and Dean, I don’t get paid to talk about my life, so when people tweet me I always say go to Wendy, she knows what’s going on. You can ask Wendy about my life.”

As reported, Shepherd and Sally are currently going through divorce proceedings. Additionally, Shepherd previously filed papers asking for the court to waive her rights and responsibilities as a parent to baby Lamar Sally Jr.

Lamar Sally, 47, recently gave his side of the story regarding the surrogate baby drama (Lamar Jr. was conceived using Sally’s sperm and a donor egg). “[Sherri] said, ‘I will love the baby like it’s mine,’” he told People. “She never said she didn’t want the baby.”

Shepherd still is not listed at the baby boy’s mother on the birth certificate.
