They’re getting the band back together. Jodeci, the R&B bad boys of the 90’s who had several hits before internal turmoil and substance abuse split them up, is heading back to the stage during this year’s Soul Train Music Awards, reports Yahoo.

The Awards will be taped in Las Vegas on November 7th and will air on BET and Centric on November 30 at 8 p.m. Wendy Williams will host and KEM, Aloe Blacc and Lisa Stansfield are among the performers.

The North-Carolina born quartet was made up of two sets of brothers – Donald “DeVante Swing” DeGrate, Dalvin “Mr. Dalvin” DeGrate, Cedric “K-CI” Hailey and Joel “Jo Jo” Hailey. Although the Haileys formed a duo in 1997 and released five albums, they say the group never truly broke up.

In 2013, K-Ci told The Huffington Post: “We are not getting back together, simple reason is we never broke up. “We have a vault of CDs that we could just put out at any moment.”

Rumors of a possible album collaboration with Timbaland never turned into reality although Timbaland confirmed he was working with the group a few years ago.
