It appears hackers have struck at a downtown Cleveland parking garage. More than a dozen people report bogus charges on their credit card accounts after paying to park.
The Willard Parking garage downtown is a popular lot for downtown workers, especially those who work at Cleveland City Hall and the Federal Building, with entrances on East 9th Street and Lakeside Avenue.
