BAY VILLAGE, Ohio — Three teenagers accused in the ice bucket challenge bullying attack admitted to assault and disorderly conduct in court this morning.

Police say the 15-year-old victim in the case was lured to a home where a group of teenagers poured a bucket of urine and tobacco spit on him. Someone recorded it all.

The magistrate said in court today that one of the teen suspects is already on court diversion for marijuana charges. Another is under court diversion in a misdemeanor arson case.

The teens, who are between the ages of 14 and 16, were ordered to have no contact with the victim. They will be adjudicated and sentenced Nov. 24.

Two other teens were also arrested in the case, but the charges against them are less serious. They will likely be placed in some sort of juvenile diversion program.
