Winter storm watches and warnings stretch up and down the east coast all the way from the mountains of North Carolina to the coast of Maine.

Some of these warnings go into effect as early as midnight Tuesday night and others last all the way into the morning hours of Thanksgiving.

While this particular winter storm will likely cause the most travel problems both on the roads and in the air, it’s not the only one that’ll make for some turkey dinners served cold.

Another system currently brewing in the northern Rockies could cause a few minor delays across the Plains and in parts of the Midwest, and watches, warnings, and advisories are also issued for this one, too.

Let’s look at both systems and what we can expect out of each of them.

The East Coast
