The Cleveland Browns will begin and end the 2017 season against a familiar foe in the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Browns released their 2017 schedule on Thursday night, and the Steelers will begin the year at FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland, while the regular-season finale will take place on New Year’s Eve at Heinz Field.
“The schedule release is always an exciting day,” Browns coach Hue Jackson said in a release announcing the schedule.
“We’ve known our opponents, but to get the dates and for the schedule to be laid out in front of us really give us a lot to look forward to. Obviously, it’s something our entire organization looks forward to. I know our fans like it too because they kind of get to map out their fall.”
