29 year old Walter Moore was arrested in Lancaster on Wednesday charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon/family violence.
The couple had been arguing over custody, child support and the paternity of their 4-year-old twin daughters. Moore had custody of the girls but recently found out he’s NOT their biological father.
