Fergie is on the verge of leaving the Black Eyed Peas permanently as tension in the band has become intolerable for her, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

The band has a full tour schedule for the summer and is planning a tour for early 2011. But Fergie won’t commit for that part of the tour, we learned, and the reason is she’s talking about leaving the band for good.

Fergie can’t stand Will.I.Am and that is one of the main reasons she wants to leave the band, a source close to them told RadarOnline.com exclusively. The other reason is she’s decided she wants to have a baby!

“Fergie is saying she wants out of the band and the second half of the tour isn’t confirmed for early next year,” the source said.

“Things have gotten really bad with Will.i.Am. And it’s not just Fergie who is clashing with him. So is the rest of the band. His ego is out of control.

“Fergie just wants to get away from the whole thing.”

Fergie has kept the news so secret that very few people know and she is not ready to make the announcement right now.

Kandi applauded NeNe saying, “She’s a hustler….She’s about getting paper.  She’s always got something in the works.” But kept it real about Kim saying, “She’s the type of person who knows how to play dumb when she wants to but really knows what’s going on…”

Kim stayed mum about her frenemy NeNe saying, “It is what it is…” and revealed that she finally stopped smoking once she got pregnant again.

Phaedra said about Kandi, “She’s a brilliant businesswoman.  She reminds me a lot of myself, and I just love her.” Of course she does Phaedra….

Cynthia said about Kim, “We definitely had some tiffs, but only about trivial things.  But on the show it ends up looking like big things.”

NeNe revealed she has a wine coming out and she’s now a restauranteur–after opening her Famiglia franchise.  And she had some ish to say about her castmates.  About Kandi she said, “She’s real, she’s down to earth.  But Kandi is not easy to get to know.  I actually  find her kind of mean.”

About Sheree she says, “Sheree is very mean spirited.  I think Sheree thinks she’s everything.  She’s got a bad attitude.”

And about Phaedra, NeNe commented, “I almost feel like she was that girl at home looking at the tv going, ‘Let me on that show!’  I call her Fake-dra.”

Earlier today, Draya Michele stopped by “The Wendy Williams Show” to clear up all the rumors we’ve heard about her even BEFORE she started on “BBW: LA.”

Wendy wasted no time and asked Draya is she’s dated over a dozen professional basketball players.  And while she didn’t give a specific number, Draya made it seem as though 12 was too many.  Despite the fact we’ve seen her in thisclose pics with far more than 12 ball payers.  But we digress.

Wendy asked if she has really been “passed around” between three players in one night.  So Draya said,

“The three basketball players… I haven’t even been with three basketball players in one month, let alone day. I like to space them out a little bit.”

Oh…nice to know.  Wendy then asked if Draya felt like she would ever find a man who truly loved her since her “groupie” past is on full display.

According to a recent CareerBuilder survey, “nearly one-third (32%) report they take less than a half hour for lunch, while 5% take less than 15 minutes. One-in-ten never take a lunch break and 16% report they work right through their lunch hour. Nearly one-in-five (18%) typically don’t leave their desks during their lunch break and eat in their workspace 5 days a week.”

Queen Latifah is set to host a new daytime talk show, which Flavor Unit, her company with Shakim Compere, will co-produce with Will Smith. Queen Latifah and Smith have a lot in common — both started in hip-hop before producing and both have earned Oscar nominations. In fact, Queen’s first role was on NBC’s The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air, which starred Smith, also in his first acting gig. In addition to Queen Latifah’s work with Smith on Fresh Prince, she starred opposite his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, in the 1996 movie Set It Off.

Queen Latifah first hosted a syndicated daytime talk show a decade ago. The Queen Latifah Show launched in 1999 and ran for 2 seasons. Flavor Unit made a strong entry into scripted series this year with the launch of 2 shows, Let’s Stay Together on BET and Single Ladies on VH1, both of which have been renewed for a second season!

She show is set to premiere in Fall 2013.
