Singer Jennifer Hudson isn’t even married yet and there already seems to be DRAMA! According to a family member, J-Hud’s wedding to fiance David Otunga has been delayed. The source says David refuses to sign a pre-nup and that’s causing the hold up. FYI, David studied law at Harvard so he completely understands how all of this goes down.
The pre-nup would ensure that regardless of how the marriage turns out, J-Hud’s earnings and assets would be safe in any divorce proceedings that may arise.
The 30 year old, who shot to fame after being eliminated form TV talent show American Idol only then to appear alongside Beyoncé in Dreamgirls and David have been engaged since 2008 and have a 2 year old son.
