LOCAL NEWS: Vigil Held For Late Teen Bicyclist

ELYRIA, OH (WOIO) -

A prayer and vigil held Monday night for a North Ridgeville teen hit and killed while riding his bike this weekend.

Cops say the driver of a van struck 14 year old Alexander Sismour’s back tire of his dirt bike on Route 57. Sismour and a few friends were riding bikes to McDonalds, crossing at E. Broad Street when the accident happened.

Slain Cleveland woman’s vigil is cause for tears and reflection of DV

It could have been a summer cookout that drew all of the cars to Walden Avenue in Cleveland’s Lee-Harvard neighborhood. Or it might have been a young child’s birthday party that coaxed neighbors out of their neatly kept two-story homes just around dinnertime.
