A suburban Cincinnati woman has pleaded not guilty to charges accusing her of giving her 2-year-old daughter marijuana.
Jessica Gamble pleaded not guilty Friday to charges of corrupting another with drugs, child endangering and tampering with evidence. A Hamilton County magistrate ordered 21-year-old Gamble of Springfield Township to stay away from children and increased her bond to $10,000.
Prosecutors say Gamble gave the toddler marijuana and used her cell phone to record the girl smoking in August. Gamble could be sentenced to a maximum 11 1/2 years if convicted of all charges.
She remained in jail Friday afternoon.
Her attorney, Robert Fiorenza, declined comment until he receives more information on the case.
