Washington Washington Football Team player Albert Haynesworth has been indicted on one charge of sexual abuse after a waitress at the W Hotel in DC accused him of fondling her breast after getting permission to stick his credit card in her blouse.
An incident report stated that the 23-year-old waitress was walking by a table when a man asked if he could put a credit card in her blouse. The waitress agreed, and the suspect then slid the card into her blouse and started to caress her breast.
In the indictment the defensive player reportedly told a security guard, “I didn’t touch her… she’s a little black girl… and hI don’t even like black girls.” Also according to the indictment, during questioning with detectives Hanyesworth said “I know what this is about, she is just upset I have a white girlfriend. I couldn’t tell you the last time I dated a black girl. She was trying to get with me.”
