Finding a compatible partner isn’t always easy. If you’re just getting back into the dating scene, trying to figure out what guys are looking for can seem impossible. To help out our readers, we decided to try to explore guys’ minds a little by asking various guys from different walks of life what types of women they look for, and what types of women they try to avoid.
Women Guys Avoid:
The Serial Flirt: Men love women who flirt because it means less work for them. A flirty woman shows interest right away, making the whole “getting to know you” process a lot easier. But there’s a fine line when it comes to being a flirt. There’s a difference between a woman who is an occasional flirt and a woman who flirts with everyone. Men tend to avoid the latter because the serial flirt tends to need constant attention and it can take a ton of patience for a guy to deal with this kind of behavior.

Miss Marriage: In any healthy relationship, it’s good to keep the first few dates light. You should be focused on having fun and getting to know each other. When a woman starts to get comfortable too fast and starts planning her new relationship’s happily ever after, it can really freak a guy out. Starting to discuss substantial plans for the future puts a lot of pressure on the guy too quickly in the relationship.

The Clinger: This needy nuisance can be a real no-no for guys. A clingy woman doesn’t want to go anywhere without her man. She usually adopts all of his interests and relies on her man to entertain her because she has abandoned any life of her own. The clinger never lets distance make her guy’s heart grow fonderbecause she smothers any chance of her guy missing her.

Women Guys Adore:
The Sweetheart: This woman is positive, upbeat and all around fun to be with. She’s a genuine person that is always truly happy to see her guy and her plans don’t come with ulterior motives. Guys feel that they can feel comfortable with the sweetheart because they can trust her and look forward to spending time with her.

Miss Independent: Miss independent has a life of her own; she has her own dreams and goals and is happily going in her own direction. She wants a man in her life but isn’t looking for Mr. Right to solve all her problems or adhere to her every wish.

Miss Personality: A woman with a stunning personality is someone guys consider a great find. Her intelligence, wit and sparkling presence draw people in like a magnet. Her bubbly personality makes her so enjoyable to be around that it outshines any flaws that she might have.
