CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
The jury has reached a verdict in the Cleveland Strangler trial.
After deliberating for two hours on Wednesday and the entire day Thursday, jurors have decided accused serial killer Anthony Sowell’s fate.
The jury had pages of forms and counts to swift through before reaching a decision.
Counts 1 – 18
Counts 19 – 24
Counts 80 – 85
Sowell faces the death penalty if convicted of murdering eleven women. The bodies of the victims were found in and around Sowell’s Imperial Avenue home in late 2009.
