FRAMINGHAM, Mass. — President Obama’s 67- year-old uncle was busted on suspicion of drunken driving in Massachusetts, told cops he planned to arrange bond through the White House — and wound up being held without bail, authorities said yesterday.

Onyango Obama was arrested last week in Framingham, about 20 miles outside Boston, after being observed rolling through a stop sign and nearly causing a cruiser to crash into his SUV, police said.

Asked if he wanted to use a phone, he replied, “I think I will call the White House,” said a police report filed in Framingham District Court.

Cops said the Kenya native pleaded not guilty Friday and was ordered held by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement because of an earlier deportation order. His immigration status was not immediately confirmed.

He was charged with driving under the influence, negligent operation of a vehicle and failure to yield the right of way.

The White House had no immediate comment.
