SEVEN HILLS, OH (WOIO) – –

The Seven Hills man accused of killing and burying a homeless man in his backyard pleaded guilty to murder Wednesday.

In addition to his plea, Frank Dienes agreed to a sentence of life in prison. He will be eligible for parole in 16 years.

Dienes was charged with aggravated murder, tampering with evidence and gross abuse of a corpse.

Prosecutors say on or about March 13, 2011, he fatally shot 58-year-old Joseph Kopp in the head. His body was found in Dienes’ backyard.
