All polling places will be open from 6:30am to 7:30pm. As long as you are in line by 7:30pm, you must be allowed to vote.

Be sure to bring one of the following forms of identification with you to the polls: An Ohio Driver’s License or Ohio Photo ID Card that is valid and unexpired (even if it shows a former address that doesn’t match the registration address in the poll book); OR Military Identification that shows your name (does not need to show address); OR Any of the below forms of ID are valid ONLY IF they show your name and current address, and were either issued within a year of Election Day or have not expired: Utility Bill (including ones issued by any college or university) Bank Statement Government Check Payroll Check Other Government Document (including documents from a public college or university. However, notices mailed to you by a Board of Elections MAY NOT be used as voting ID) OR Federal Photo ID (but not a passport) |

If you must vote with a provisional ballot, check to make sure that you are in both the correct polling place and also at the correct precinct table. Please be certain to fill out the form completely by printing your name, providing the last four digits of your social security number, and signing the affidavit.
