Science was never my thing so I am in total awe of Romanieo Golphin Jr. The 2-year-old can tell you what a proton is and how many electrons are needed to make Helium, all while casually enjoying a bowl of cereal and watching his dad piece together nucleic models.

Romanieo’s no genius though. His father, Romanieo Sr. says his son’s advanced knowledge of science is simply a process of cultivating talent that everybody is born with. The composer developed a series of learning programs he uses for his son called BabytechiOS and Novus and he’s already met with African American astrophysicist Neil DeGrasse Tyson and produced videos demonstrating his son’s knowledge of chemistry, physics, and astronomy. Who says black men don’t invest in their children?
