Tom Joyner, whose father, Hercules, was part of the Tuskegee Airmen program, is taking “The Tom Joyner Morning Show” to Kiss 104.1 FM in Atlanta for a Sky Show concert, slated in conjunction with the release of the World War II epic, “Red Tails,” a film that heralds the courageous work of the airmen.
“The Tom Joyner ‘Red Tails’ Sky Show” will broadcast live from 6 to 10 a.m. Eastern time Friday, Jan. 20 from the Rialto Center for Performing Arts.
The “TJMS” crew – Joyner, Sybil Wilkes and J. Anthony Brown – will be joined by R&B artists Ashanti, SWV and Estelle, who will perform alongside the comedy of show regulars Dominique, Huggy Lowdown and Chris Paul. Selected stars from “Red Tails” will also be on hand to greet Sky Show attendees.
