Sean “Diddy” Combs and basketball legend Magic Johnson are dipping into the TV world in a big way.

Media company Comcast announced today that it has picked up four minority-owned cable networks — two of which belong to Combs and Johnson, respectively — that are set for distribution between April 2012 and January 2014. Filmmaker Robert Rodriguez also has a network in the mix. Here’s a quick look at the four:

Network: Revolt
From: Combs (in cahoots with MTV vet Andy Schuon)
Scheduled to launch in 2013, the network sounds (for the time being) like MTV of the old generation (you know, with music) for a Twitter-crazed generation, with much focus placed on incorporating “social media interaction.”
