A New Jersey man perv has been arrested after he allegedly stole women’s underwear from laundry machines at Pennsylvania apartment complexes over the past seven months. He even drove more than 50 miles to swipe some nasty draws lol!

Police say the first incident was reported on November 17, 2011 at the Waterview Apartments in East Goshen Township, PA. A woman told police 26 articles of underwear on two different occasions had been stolen from her earlier in the month.

The woman claimed the clothing was removed from the apartment’s laundry room. Police say a suspect was captured on surveillance video, seen below, returning to the laundry room and taking additional underwear.

Detectives were unable to identify the man at the time however since he was not known to residents and management in the complex. Police also sent a picture of the suspect to law enforcement in the area but they could not identify him.

On December 26, 2011, police responded to a theft report from a woman at Goshen Manor Apartments. The woman claimed 20 articles of her underwear were stolen between September and December from the laundry area of the complex.

Finally, last Friday, police responded to the Goshen Manor Apartments once again for a suspicious person call shortly before 5:30 p.m.

Investigators say management observed a man captured on surveillance video inside the complex acting suspicious.

When police arrived they located 44 year old Jeffrey A. Lloyd, of Bridgeton, NJ inside the apartment building. Investigators identified Lloyd as the person in the surveillance video in both the Waterview Apartment building as well as Goshen Manor.

Police say they discovered Lloyd had concealed 12 articles of women’s underwear when they interviewed him. Lloyd was arrested and charged with theft and receiving stolen property by both the West Goshen and the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department.
