Surprisingly, stress can affect everything from our emotions to our immune system to our skin to our organs. So with everything you have going on, how can you relax?


Here are some quick ways to feel better…

Just breathe…Practice breathing in through your nose slowly and out through your mouth. Whenever you feel overwhelmed practice breathing.

Just think…nothing is as bad as you think it is. Try not to take things so seriously, and if you make a mistake, it’s not the end of the world.

Just move…when you feel yourself getting upset or anxious, just get up and get active for 10 minutes. Go for a walk, stretch, do a little yoga, go talk to someone in a nearby cubicle, go to the gym, it doesn’t matter. Try to burn off that nervous energy in a healthy way.
