Many women have ended up with serious injury in Naomi Campbell’s presence – usually by the supermodel’s own doing.
According to new reports, not even Diana Ross is immune – as the legendary singer left a lavish birthday party for Campbell’s billionaire boyfriend last month with a broken ankle.
The extravagant party was held in Jodhpur, India to celebrate Vladislav Doronin turning 50. Naomi asked the Motown star to perform for guests including Kate Moss and Demi Moore. Several days later, Ross was spotted at LAX in a wheelchair.
Her rep has now confirmed the she fell over and broke her ankle after singing at the event.
“Ms. Ross accidentally slipped and broke her ankle at the end of a show in India in November,” said the rep. “She is fine and has been recovering. She will be performing next week for the President in Washington, D.C.”
